As a family centered facility we reserve the right to rent lodging only to adults over the age of 21, mature couples, and families small dogs are allowed less than 35 pounds for a fee. Maximum lodging occupancy of the Inn is (10) people. Children are welcome. Due to the Inn being in close proximity to residential neighbors our quiet-time hours: 10:00pm -7:00am.
Only paying and registered guests are welcome on the Inn premises. More guests than agreed upon at time of reservation booking are prohibited and will result in an additional charge of $50 per person and possible immediate eviction.
Rates are double occupancy per night, plus tax. The large outdoor patio and yard is a common area for guest and customers. Additional guests of up to a total of (6) are welcome at the rate of $30 per night per additional guest.

Self-Check In: a key-less entry code will be sent to our guests via an e-mail prior to arrival date.
We are a smoke free facility. Evidence of smoking in the Inn may result in immediate eviction with any paid balances to be forfeited. A fine of $300 will be charged to your credit card to pay for cleaning services.

Any disturbance resulting in neighborhood complaints, the need to call police and or other illegal activities, damage to the cottage, staining of furniture or fabrics and or broken or missing property, and violation of these policies governing the cottage, will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay. All monies paid will be forfeited including any damages, staining of furniture or property or missing property costs will be charged to your credit card kept on file at your reservation booking.
There is ample room provided on patio to store bikes. If a more secure site is necessary please inquire. Please, absolutely no bikes allowed inside of cottage!
Due to the preservation of this historic building candle burning is prohibited.
A valid credit card is required to confirm a reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. A 50% deposit will be processed the day of the reservation being made and the remaining balance will be processed (7) days before the reservation date. Before your credit card number is sent to us it will be securely encrypted for your protection. Our secure order processing uses 128-bit (SSL) encryption.
When booking the cottage less than (7) days prior to the arrival date the entire rate is due upon booking.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please call as soon as possible. As a small private business we depend upon advance reservation booking, and in addition we commit to not double book. Cancellations received (31) days or more before date of arrival will not incur charges.
If the cancellation notice is received (30) days or less before the date of arrival please note your deposit is non-refundable, unless we are able to re-book the Inn. An admin fee (10% of all collected fees) will be charged to your credit card if you are granted a refund.
If the cancellation or change request is received less than (7) days prior to your arrival date, the deposit and remaining balance is non-refundable, unless we are able to re-book the Inn. An admin fee (10% of all collected fees) will be charged to your credit card if you are granted a refund. If a guest needs to change dates we allow guests a one time transfer of their reservation balances to another date within 12 months.
If you fail to arrive on your confirmed arrival date, the entire amount for your stay will be charged to your card. Cancellation and no show charges are non-refundable and non-transferable. There is no refund for early departures. Due to our intimate size, unfortunately there can be no exceptions to this policy.
Your payment fees and taking possession of the property is evidence of your acceptance of Mount Nebo Inn policies. We agree to do our best to make your stay more than memorable.
